Shipping
All orders will be shipped either FedEx or UPS. You can expect delivery in 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States.
All claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within five (5) working days after receiving merchandise. Our responsibility for merchandise shipped via common carrier ceases upon delivering the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or stolen or damaged in transit and you must file a claim with the delivery carrier. We will however assist you in any way possible to help you process your claim.
Holiday Shipping – Please allow for additional time during the peak holiday season.
Free Product Offers – Any free product offers with purchase will be ground shipped at no additional charge.
P.O. Boxes – We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide a street address.
Overseas Orders – Orders shipped outside the continental United may entail additional shipping charges please contact us before placing your order.
Army Post Office (APO) Addresses – APO customers should contact us for a ship quote before placing an order.
Shipping Disclaimer – Some items may incur an additional shipping charge due to their size/weight and/or the distance they are being shipped. We will call you with these charges before your order is processed for final approval.
International Shipping: All shipments outside of the United States may be subject to duty and fees as required by the destination country. Real Spirit USA is not responsible for such charges. All duties, customs fees, delivery handling fees charge by the receiving country are at the risk and responsibility of the party being shipped to.
Satisfaction Gaurantee
All our products come with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date. You can do this via email at help@realspiritusa.com or by calling our customer service team at (888) 601-5886. Once we receive the item(s), we will promptly process your refund, which will be credited back to your original payment method. If you receive the wrong product or your product is damaged, please contact our customer service team at (888) 601-5886 (M-F 9am-4pm PST) as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll ensure that you're a happy customer!

Warranty:
Air Purifiers
First 3 Years: Free repair or replacement for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use (excluding wear and tear).
After 3 Years:
- Contact Advanced Pure Air for repairs.
- You pay shipping and labor costs.
- If repair costs exceed 30% of the current retail price, get a similar or upgraded unit at 30% of the current retail price.
Accessories & Other Products
Free repair or replacement for up to 1 year from original date of purchase.
Claim Process:
- Notify Advanced Pure Air immediately upon discovering a defect.
- If additional inspection is needed, you will receive return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the product with your contact information, proof of purchase, and defect description.
- You cover shipping to the service facility; Advanced Pure Air covers return shipping within the contiguous US. Customers outside the contiguous US must also cover the cost of return shipping.
Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Use of third-party equipment or filters.
- Damage from negligence, including accidents, unreasonable use, incorrect use, improper cleaning, or use of third-party equipment or filters.
- Replacement filters, disposable parts, and supplies (e.g., UV Bulbs, Grid Wires, cut power cord).
- Use outside North America with voltage higher than 110/120 Volts AC.
Terms:
- Our warranty is for residential use only.
- Warranty void if the case seal is broken or tamper system is activated.
- Only authorized Advanced Pure Air technicians should service the unit.
- Warranty is non-transferable and not valid for third-party or reseller purchases, except verified dealers.
Refund & Return Policy
In accordance to our Satisfaction Guarantee, you have 30-days to request and complete your return in order to receive a refund.
How to Receive a Refund:
To receive a refund, first contact customer service for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Then, label your return with the RA# and send it to Real Spirit USA, 320 S. Rock Blvd., STE 210, Reno, NV 89502. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund. Products must be returned in their original or approved cartons in "like new" condition; any damages will reduce the refund amount. Include all original parts, literature, warranties, and packaging. Remove used consumables (e.g., filters) and ensure units are clean and dry before shipping. Refunds will be provided for unused consumables, while the cost of used ones will be deducted from your refund.
Terms:
Original and upgraded shipping costs are non-refundable, including refused, "Return to Sender," and undeliverable packages. Items must be returned and received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Upon our receipt of your complete order, you will receive a full refund minus applicable shipping charges, costs of used consumables, and any fees based on the item's condition. Returns made after the 30-day period will incur a restocking fee and additional charges. Promotional, clearance, certified, open box, like-new, financed, or international voltage units are not eligible for refund or return.
Your Privacy
Advanced Pure Air® recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers and visitors. No information provided to us by our site visitors or clients is ever shared with any outside party unless we are specifically authorized to do so by you or as so required by State or Federal Statute upon service of a duly authorized and executed subpoena.
Advanced Pure Air® does NOT use "cookies" or any other internet technology to automatically collect personal information from visitors to our web site. Moreover, personal information, including but not limited to your name, e-mail and postal address, phone number, fax number, billing information (credit card number, expiration date and billing address), services purchased and client data, is NOT sold or otherwise provided to any third party.
In the event we decide to change any aspect of our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it.
