All orders will be shipped either UPS  Ground unless otherwise requested. Delivery in 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States.  For Express Shipping, expect delivery within 2-3 business days by 4:30 p.m.For Overnight Delivery, expect next-day delivery by 5:00 p.m.  Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada & Puerto Rico require an additional surcharge.

All claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within five  (5) working days after receipt of merchandise. Our responsibility for merchandise shipped via common carrier ceases upon delivering the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or stolen or damaged in transit. You must file a claim with the delivery carrier. We will however assist you in any way possible to help you process your claim.

Holiday Shipping – Please allow for additional time during the peak holiday season.

Free Product Offers – Any free product offers with purchase will be ground shipped separately at no additional charge.

P.O. Boxes – We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.  Please provide a street address.

Overseas Orders – Orders shipped outside the continental United may entail additional shipping charges please contact us before placing your order.

Army Post Office (APO) Addresses  – APO customers should contact us for a ship quote before placing an order.

Shipping Disclaimer – Some items may incur an additional shipping charge due to their size/weight and/or the distance they are being shipped. We will call you with these charges before your order is processed for final approval.

 


Satisfaction Guarantee

All Our products come with a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you receive the wrong product or it is damaged, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible so we can determine the best way to resolve the problem.

If you don’t receive a product within 10 business days of the shipping date, please let us know and we can either give you a credit or resend the order. We do ask if the orders cross in the mail that you return the replacement order in it’s original packaging or something similar to protect the product from damage so we can resell it.

If you are not satisfied with the product, return requests for refund are to be made within the 30 days of original purchase.You may do so via email, or our Toll free customer service line 1-(888) 698-2080 between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F Pacific Time. You will receive an Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from the phone agent or by email which you must write on the shipping label.

Refund Requirements: Returned merchandise must include all original components, literature, warranties and packagingin the same saleable condition in which it was received. Refunds for returns will cover product amount and any sales taxes charged. Refunds will not be made for any shipping and handling charges. Merchandise that has been damaged, cosmetically or otherwise, by the purchaser and/or as a result of misuse will NOT be accepted for refund.

Shipping Returned Merchandise: Returned merchandise must shipped at purchasers expense once you have received an Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from Real Spirit USA, Inc. You may send back your Advanced PureAir product via, USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex. No merchandise will be accepted COD or collect.

 


Terms of Product Warranties

Air Purifier 1-Year Limited Warranty: Ultra-Pure, Advanced PureAir and our parent company, Real Spirit USA, Inc., warrant our air purifiers to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal operation and use for a period of one year, from the date of original purchase. Under the terms of the warranty, we will repair or replace any defective part(s) free of charge.

Upon discovery of a product defect, within the warranty period, you should immediately notify Real Spirit USA via telephone, email or fax to obtain product return and shipping instructions. You should send the product, shipping charges prepaid, to the designated service location, accompanied by your name, address and telephone number, proof of purchase date and a description of the defect.

Water Ionizer Lifetime Limited Warranty: Air Water Life and our parent company, Real Spirit USA, Inc., offer a Limited Lifetime warranty on all its water ionizers to the original consumer purchaser under the following terms and conditions:

 

a) For the first 5 years from the date of original purchase, we warrant the unit to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal operation and use and will repair or replace any defective part(s) or, at our discretion, replace the entire unit free of charge.

 

b) After the first 5 years, we continue to stand behind your purchase for as long as you own it. Should the unit need to be repaired, we will provide the replacement part at no charge to you. You will be responsible only for the cost of labor to replace the part. Should the estimated cost to repair the unit exceed 20 percent of the unit’s suggested retail price, we will provide the customer with an entirely new unit for 20 percent of the same suggested retail price.

Important Warranty Note: The air purifier year limited warranty and the water ionizer lifetime limited warranty do NOT includeunusual wear, damage resulting from accident or unreasonable use and also does not include replacement filters, bulbs, nor other disposable parts and supplies.
