All orders will be shipped either FedEx or UPS. You can expect delivery in 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States.

All claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within five (5) working days after receiving merchandise. Our responsibility for merchandise shipped via common carrier ceases upon delivering the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or stolen or damaged in transit and you must file a claim with the delivery carrier. We will however assist you in any way possible to help you process your claim.

Holiday Shipping – Please allow for additional time during the peak holiday season.
Free Product Offers – Any free product offers with purchase will be ground shipped at no additional charge.
P.O. Boxes – We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide a street address.
Overseas Orders – Orders shipped outside the continental United may entail additional shipping charges please contact us before placing your order.
Army Post Office (APO) Addresses – APO customers should contact us for a ship quote before placing an order.

Shipping Disclaimer – Some items may incur an additional shipping charge due to their size/weight and/or the distance they are being shipped. We will call you with these charges before your order is processed for final approval.
International Shipping: All shipments outside of the United States may be subject to duty and fees as required by the destination country. Real Spirit USA is not responsible for such charges. All duties, customs fees, delivery handling fees charge by the receiving country are at the risk and responsibility of the party being shipped to.

Satisfaction Guarantee

All Our products come with a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you receive the wrong product or it is damaged, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible so we can determine the best way to resolve the problem.

If you are not satisfied with the product, return requests for refund are to be made within the 30 days of original purchase. You may do so via email, or our Toll-Free customer service line (888) 265-3232 during office hours. You will receive an RMA number which you must write on the shipping label.

Satisfaction Guarantee Limits Refunds will not be made for any shipping and handling charges and will be deducted from the refund for any refused packages including "Return to Sender". This includes all LTL shipments and parcel (FedEx, UPS, USPS) shipments. Any "free shipping" promotion qualifies as "Free" only if the invoice is paid in full, refusals or returns for refund disqualifies any "Free offers" for either Free shipping or additional Free product. Additional terms apply per our return policy listed below.
Refund Requirements: Returned merchandise must include all original components, literature, warranties and packaging in the same saleable condition in which it was received. Refunds for returns will cover the product amount and any sales taxes charged. Refunds will not be made for any shipping and handling charges, incurred by Real Spirit USA, and will be deducted from the refund for any refused packages including “Return to Sender.” Merchandise that has been damaged, cosmetically or otherwise, by the purchaser and/or as a result of misuse will NOT be accepted for refund.
Shipping Returned Merchandise: Returned merchandise must shipped at purchasers’ expense once you have received an RMA. You may send back your Advanced Pure Air® product via, USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex. No merchandise will be accepted COD or collect.

Terms of Product Warranties

Air Purifier 5-Year Limited Warranty: Advanced Pure Air® and our parent company, Real Spirit USA, Inc., warrant our air purifiers to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal operation and use for a period of one year, from the date of original purchase. Under the terms of the warranty, we will repair or replace any defective part(s) free of charge.

NOTE: Our Newport 7500 & Advanced Pure Air® 5000z have a 3-Year Limited Warranty.
Upon discovery of a product defect within the warranty period, you should immediately notify Real Spirit USA via telephone, email or fax to obtain product return and shipping instructions. You should send the product, shipping charges prepaid, to the designated service location, accompanied by your name, address and telephone number, proof of purchase date and a description of the defect.

Important Warranty Note: The air purifier year limited warranty does NOT include unusual wear, damage resulting from accident or unreasonable use. It also does not include replacement filters, bulbs, nor other disposable parts and supplies.

Advanced Pure Air® recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers and visitors. No information provided to us by our site visitors or clients is ever shared with any outside party unless we are specifically authorized to do so by you or as so required by State or Federal Statute upon service of a duly authorized and executed subpoena.

Advanced Pure Air® does NOT use "cookies" or any other internet technology to automatically collect personal information from visitors to our web site. Moreover, personal information, including but not limited to your name, e-mail and postal address, phone number, fax number, billing information (credit card number, expiration date and billing address), services purchased and client data, is NOT sold or otherwise provided to any third party.
